Chet has been drawing in charcoal and pastels for over forty years. Earlier drawings have been lost in moves but he is starting to do more work in this area. Chet completes rough drawings for every painting developed. This gives him the opportunity to look at dimensions, colors and structure in advance of committing the subjects to oils.
